  • Patient Registration - including all associated devices.
  • Access/Manage/Edit patient data and receive and resolve the patient's medical and/or engagement alerts.
  • Set Threshold Settings.
    Unique to each individual patient.
    Determine what threshold will send an alert and to whom it will send.
    Determine the interval that data is collected:
    • Includes reminder alerts sent to patient.
    • Includes notifications of input if not collected at prescribed interval.

The main functionalities developed for the Call center services are:

  • AAD Automatic Alert Distribution. Never an alert goes unattended.
  • Call Center in Mobility for healthcare professionals to receive in their Smartphone´s, real time data from patients.
  • Call center Desktop interface for healthcare professional to make decision based in real time, daily and history patient´s data.
  • Healthcare professionals assigned to queues for the management of alerts based on pathologies.
  • Manage patient’s thresholds settings for medical devices, medication reminders, engagement schedule.

Types of alerts:

mHealthAlert alerts are critical to control the health status of a patient in real time and take action accordingly. The platform provides a "Alerts Setting" functionality to configure the thresholds for any sensor or devices assigned to every patient. Alert types could be disable at any time by the administrators or healthcare professional that established them.

  • Medical alerts. Generated when a measurement value is out of thresholds configured for that patient.
  • Non-engagement alerts. Generated when a measurement is not received from the patient within the time schedule configured.
  • Non-compliance alert: Generated by sensors when a patient does not engage in a minimum treatment time period per day.
  • Supervisor alerts: Is a QoS alert, generated when medical alerts are not accepted and resolved by healthcare professional within the established period of time.
  • Low battery alert for medical sensors.
  • Measurement error alert: Generated when a measurement value is invalid (e.g. oxygen saturation greater than 100%). These measurements are discarded by default; however, the administrator can activate them for quality control and reporting.
